'Graticule' (or 'graticulated border' might be more accurate and/or
acceptable).

The multi-lingual dictionary of technical terms in cartography (or
similar title) published by Saur of Munich (etc.) in ca 2005 might be
helpful for the term in Romanian. It doesn't come cheap (i.e.
inexpensive)!
