Hi ,
I'm currently looking for a solution for finding out a optimal route for a
pipe line given a set of constraints like
there should be a minimum number of river crossings, road crossings, should
not pass through the highly
populated towns and with a minimum distance between the given points. Each
constraint having different
weightages.
Any pointers in this direction about any such existing utilities or
possibilities of developing one are
highly appreciated.
