We have a product called Iso-Route. Iso-Route is a family of routing DLL's
designed for application developers who wish to a have a routing component
within the application.
Iso-Route enables you identify no go routes (i.e. narrow river crossings,
low bridges etc.) These restrictions are assigned to individual vehicles and
not to the entire data set. This means that a no go route for one vehicel is
not necessarily no go for another.
I believe that a combination of Iso-Route and your chosen development
environment (e.g. MapBasic, Visual Basic, C/C++) could easily supply you
with the capability you require.
