currency of MI supplied data

Greetings All:  I'm trying to track when the zipcode boundary file, "USZIPBDY.TAB", 
was current, and its' original source.  It was supplied with the other data in 
MapInfoPro.

I believe someone on the list commented once that they thought the data in the file 
was from 93 or 94.  I don't know who or when that was.   Can anyone help point me in 
the right direction???   ....thanks   ...Bob
