Hi Natalie
The following tools proved very useful for both importing and then
combining 1:250K Vector data from a large number of same structure tiles
to one file.
Append2 is the one your after if you have already done the import-Run it
for each layer.
All appear at the mapinfo-l file archive.

Append2 is a new verison of the original Append program.
http://www.directionsmag.com/mapinfo-l/files/append2.zip
This new version will append TAB, DBF and MIF files or a mix thereof,
but as always, the structures must be identical. MIF files are imported
and WILL OVERWRITE any existing TAB files by the same name.
the first file in the file list will be appended to. The files in the
append list are sorted, sothe first file you add amy not be the first
file in the list.
