A simple way to combine tables is through the "append rows" function.  You
can use this to append any two tables of identical structure.  This
procedure would need to be repeated for each successive table to add and can
therefore be somewhat time consuming.

Table projection settings can be changed when you save a copy of the table.
This is the only way I know to reference the table to a new projection.
