I too got this error message. To remove it I uninstalled MapInfo DBMS
(ODBC?) and then reinstalled it, but chose no ODBC drivers. I found that
I could not get the Oracle ODBC drivers to work off the MapInfo CD, but
if I installed Oracles ODBC driver from the Oracle CD it works just
fine. I am using NT4.0 and SP4.0.
Has anybody else had trouble with the MapInfo supplied Oracle Drivers?
Cheers
Tony
