When installing MI 5.5 you likely opted to install ODBC drivers,
including a driver for Oracle 8i. If you do not have Oracle 8i
installed on your machine, this error will occur every time you start
MI. Just delete midloci.dll from your system and the error will go
away. Alternatively, you could install Oracle 8i! :-)
