'Still looking for a solution for MapBasic where you don't know in advance
the worksheet names or named ranges and want to show a user a choice of
worksheet names in an excel file before you register it. The existing
MapInfo dialog can do it but I need to simplify it for the end user to just
a choice of worksheets in their chosen workbook.
