Sarah do the following:
- LAYER CONTROL
- TURN OFF SELECTION OF FRESNO POLYGON LAYER (making sure that this
layer is above combined polygon layer.)
- MAKE COMBINED BUFFER LAYER EDITABLE
- QUERY SELECT ALL FROM COMBINED BUFFER
- OBJECTS SET TARGET
- LAYER CONTROL
- MAKE FRESNO POLYGON LAYER SELECTABLE
- OBJECTS ERASE
- SAVE COPY AS (combined_buffer.tab) AS (30_outside_fresno.tab)
