Hello listers,
Some weeks back I asked if and when Mapinfo are going to support some sort
of object oriented programming language such as VB. This stirred some deep
waters. One of the respondents suggested that I should wait for a major
announcement around November. Unfortunately I do not have that persons email
to follow this up further. Could that person or anyone else who may have
some details please let me know. My main client is ready to jump ship to
some other program that does support OOP (eg next version of ArcView). I am
very reluctant to switch mapping packages so I am quite keen to put pressure
on MI to pull up their socks!
