MapLogix software has been designed exactly for doing that. MapLogix works directly in
MapInfo interface to detect and automatically
correct topology errors. That is a topological map editing utility that you can use in
order to realize many operations as remove
duplicate nodes, clean polylines network and build region objects. MapLogix lets you
define your own correction tolerances, according to
your data.
