It appears that MI have completely changed the way that OverlayNodes works since Version 5.0 and there is no mention of this change in the help screens. OverlayNodes used to add nodes to the middle of a simple (single section) polyline, leaving the nodes in the right order. Now, it creates a complex (3 section) polyline, placing the sections in the wrong order. The overlaid nodes become section 1 and section 1 is put in the middle of the polyline.
