I have a set of detailed road labels which
were extracted from somewhere, autocad I think, they appear as simple text
on the map window. I do not have the dataset that they were taken from, but have
a more basic road dataset. When the two of them are used together, they
show a detailed picture of the road network.
However, the text is not aligned with the
line data when used together, they are by no means parallel to each other. Is
there a utility or mabasic command that I can use that will enable me to align
the text with the lines? There are far too many to even consider doing by
hand!
