Happy New Year, Century and Millennium I have a set of maps in UTM Zone 10 NAD 83 projection system. With the MapBasic window opened, I set map units as meters and then go to "Change View" option and change something in these dialog block, hit ok and the MB window shows an equivalent set of MB commands. However if I change the map units to degree and do the same procedure: going to "change View" option (now showing in degrees) and change something, the MB window still shows in meters not in degrees. Unless the map is set in lat. lon the fact to change to degrees will not change the units in MB Window to degrees. Meaning: if I have a original; map set for lat. lon as system reference, the changes will show in degrees but if my map is set as UTM it will show in meters independently my choice for degrees as map unit. As my base maps are and have to be in UTM, I can't change to lat lon system to accommodate this detail. I wonder if you know a workaround or if it is a little MI bug since once the units were changed, the MB command should be consistent as well. Thanks for your help Dyan C.
