Office: Division: Staubach Retail Services - Research Department has an immediate opening for a GIS Analyst in our Dallas office. This position is responsible for providing geographic analysis and research assistance to the Staubach Retail Services division, including demographic analysis, mapping, Internet research, and other research for the Retail Brokers regarding market information and retail industry information. Principle responsibilities include perform geographic analysis and GIS mapping with MapInfo, Street Atlas, and Infomark; assist with client projects related to customer profiling and market analysis; perform various research functions using the telephone, Internet, and other resources; compile market information into presentation formats; assist with special projects and perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications include a college degree or equivalent knowledge; one - three years related work experience; strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; and high proficiency on PC /Windows 95 environment, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Corel PhotoPaint, MapInfo, Street Atlas, and Infomark (will train on the last four software packages).
