Javier,
Yes, this is doable but you are better off thinking about a callback
from a custom tool rather than a double click event.
When the callback event is fired it will callback to vb and then you can
get your data via a variety of methods and show it in a form etc.
To get started, look in the MapBasic help file regarding callbacks. If
you need help, I (or someone else on the list) will help you. Let us
know if you have questions. If you want to use a callback I'll be happy
to send you some code.
