You can get these free off the CD's at your nearest Federal
Depository Library. See
http://www.access.gpo.gov/su_docs/dpos/adpos003.html. This
federal program is an amazing resource for data hounds who want
good data cheap. Call first to see what their policies are about
how to transfer data from the CD to your disks. Some sites let
you check out CDs, but others have only one copy of certain
titles and they treat them like reference books (i.e. you have to
use them there.)
