Well, again we have a MapInfo Beta, and again here is a reminder:
You agreed to a non-disclosure, which included the following paragraph:
"Recipient shall not disclose confidential information to any third party
individual, corporation, or other entity without the prior written consent
of MapInfo, and shall limit its disclosure to its employees having a need to
know such information. Recipient shall protect the disclosed confidential
information by using the same degree of care, but no less than a reasonable
degree of care, and as Recipient uses itself, to prevent the unauthorized
dissemination or publication of its confidential information."
In other words, you cannot be discussing anything about the beta outside
MapInfo. The company has provided a discussion area for every beta, and
comments like these belong there.
Please adhere to the terms you agreed to when downloading the beta, or we
might see MapInfo go back to requiring signed non-disclosure contracts and
fewer beta participants.
