I have posted this question about a week ago,
but I am not too sure whether it really got posted
to the list as there were no responces, so I am sorry
if you get it for the second time.
Question:
I am looking for either some pre-written MI applications
or suggestions about other GIS programs that would handle
calculating such spatial stats as Moran Coefficient or Geary Ratios
based on polygon coverage.
