I have two problems using GeoBasemap:
1. I configure labels, using Autolabel in MapInfo, to place the labels in
the 3 o'clock position from the anchor point, with 1 pt offset.
I then set a text style using Geobasemap: Arial 10pt at 1:25,000 scale.
However, the final result, printed at 1:25,000 scale, puts the labels in
the 2 o'clock position and 2cm from the anchor points (my plotted sample
locations). The same thing happens if I set the offset from the anchor at
zero pt.
2. I set the scale of a map at 1:25,000, using Geopbasemap, but it prints
at 10 percent larger, i.e. 1: 22,500. If I make the Geobasemap settings 1:
27,500 the printed result is at the desired scale of 1:25,000.
I would be grateful for any help in solving these problems.
