I have purchased and executed the application on two large datasets.

My observations:

1. The construction of polygons removes points that are along the original
lines. The data will be supplied to MapInfo to determine why. I ran the
application with default settings. For our purposes, these point removals
are minor but remove detail that was on the original. I can see that these
results would not be acceptable for some applications.
2. The settings available appear somewhat limited. This is good for those
that do not want to have to set many aspects but limits control of the
process
3. Speed seems adequate.
4. The results are relatively good.
5. I have produced results from two datasets with not execution errors.
