MI Convert from UTM to D.D

I have an Access Db that has point coordinates entered in partial UTM(ie 5555/6666). I have been able to convert those into columns of the full UTM ie   17 02 55 55 and 38 66 66.......   You know the next question... How do I get them into D.D for MI pro???   SSA Jay F.
