I have a retail client who approched me with this problem:
They want to convert the license plate numbers of their customers into
addresses for tracking purposes. My first question is, how can I get
this done?
Any help would be most appreciated. I would also like to hear from
anyone wishing to address the legal, ethical, moral, or privacy issues.
