MI-L Do you know this "(paintr10.mb:416) WindowInfo" Error

Dear Listers,

Has anyone encountered the following error in MapInfo 5.0:
I try to combine objects by using column

Create Object As Union From Bs_dc_Hinterland Into Table Bs_Polini90_Hinterland Group by Polini90 Data Polini90=Polini90,FER=FER,Statut=Statut,Tbuu90=Tbuu90

This provocates this Dialog box message:

(paintr10.mb:416) WindowInfo
numero de fenetre 0 non valide

Continue         Cancel

Pressing Continue or Cancel buttons provocates the same Dlg box msg

Setup :
Windows NT 4.0
Pentium III
MapInfo 5.0.1 French version
