We have received some DEM data that we need to put into MapInfo format for viewing. The data producer states, "in a format that can be ingested in MapInfo. This data is stored in an ASCII text format (comma delimited). Coordinates are in decimal degrees and WGS 84 datum. Elevations and soundings are in meters above/below mean sea level."
