MapInfo has an mbx called Table Manager, which includes a metadata tool.
This is helpful, but instead of creating the record format from scratch, is
there a template I can use. It has the ability to import templates, but
where do I get them from?
Alternatively, does anyone know of a tool compile and manage metadata to
conform to ANZLIC standards, rather than the US version?
