With the electricity shortage in California, who provides your electricity and gas is becoming more of an issue in real estate. I'm looking for two files. First, a boundary file for preferably California, but just the Los Angeles & Orange County MSAs would be fine, showing what areas each electricity company services. Second, the same file - only difference being it shows what areas each gas company services.
