Dear all
I am in the process of setting up a customised user interface, and have hit
a couple of queries (so far!) - any help with these would be greatfully
appreciated.
Menus - is it possible to have two versions of Mapinfow.mnu, with different
menu options and buttons (so I can have different setups for different user
groups), and if so how and where do I tell MI which one to use.
Password - I have a dialog box that requests username and password details.
Is there a way to disguise the password input, so as the user types a symbol
(eg a star) appears instead of each character, but MapBasic still reads the
password as intended?
I am using MI 6 and MB 6.
