Thanks to Jacques, Alistair, Jason, Spencer for you valued input regarding
my geocoding problem.
It would appear that the geocoding error is caused, simply, by the size
relativity between the map bounds extents and the size of the polygons in
question. Unfortunately I am unable to reduce the map bounds any more as
they are already set very tightly to the map. The land parcels causing the
problem are minute (only 100mm wide).
This leaves me with having to come up with another method of how to deal
with these offending polygons, in the geocoding process.
This combination of the polygons being so small and the size of the map
bounds (internal map precision) does in actual fact cause the offending
polygon centroids to be outside the polygons, in this case.
