These 3 files hold information about edit's made, that are not saved yet.
When you click "save table", the edits are incorporated into the original
table and the 3 files disappear. When you start editing again, they pop up
again. If you are using "set table mytable fastedit on", they are never
generated but edits are saved into the original table immediately.
If you use "Revert table" from the main menu, the 3 files are deleted
without saving the edits to the original table.
Using "Save Copy as" doesn't create the 3 files until you start editing.
