There is no such site. Every city, county, town, etc has their own street
naming convention. This is compounded by the fact that the convention can
(and almost always) change over time. It is made worse by the fact that the
city convention of which side of the street the odd and even street numbers
are on can also vary with time. It will be generally the same, but there are
always exceptions. In older cities, (that go back to the early 1900's) you
can go to the clerks office (or similar office) and look at the actual folio
sized ledger in which the street names and numbers are hand written (many are
still in use today). I learned all about this when I had to track street
name changes for several city from 1870 to 1990. You can attempt to contact
the PO, but they will tell you to contact the City, town, county, etc.
Naming and numbering streets is solely the responsibility of the cities.
