Dear all, In my last message I forgot to include printer setting details. I also have selected process in computer, but still get the same error messages. Thanks to all who have replied so far.

Sometimes it will print the whole image and sometimes it will print only half and then other time it will print the top have drop a few lines of the data then pick up a few lines later leaving white blanks where part of the image is supposed to be. I am using an HP 2500 CP, Windows 2000, and MapInfo 6.5. I have changed the options for internal handling of the images (both ways) in the preferences, but with little luck. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
