Anyone know of a good (hopefully reasonably priced) third party software compatible w/MI or mbx that allows me to enter meets and bounds from legal descriptions/plats/and surveys for use in our GIS layers. Needs to be able to handle at least US state plane 1927 and 1983 if a third party software. I'm using propmaps now from taylor technics, but its quircks are beginning to frustrate me as I have roughly 15,000 parcels to do.
I've purchased a copy of subdivide 7.0 to test and the jury is still out since I just received it yesterday. ThanQ for your help!!
