A few things to consider: - to print larger than 11x17 you may have to choose "custom postscript size" in your Page Setup within MapInfo (after making sure you are printing to the Distiller); then click on printer Properties, Advanced to set the size you want - the only fills w/o background we've found to work in v 6.5 are the first 3 or 4 that appear on the top row of the "palette" within the style window - can't help you on the printing to a print server problem - sorry!
