Michael,

We had a similar problem printing Cities Revealed aerial photo images (Mr
Sid format) via MapInfo.  We didn't get them same quality as we had using
GeoMedia or CRViewer.  We found that changing the print driver to a
non-postscript driver helped (we use a HP Colour LaserJet 8500).  Might be
worth investigating.
