http://dynamo.mapinfo.com/miproducts/Download.cfm?ProductID=1044 Then go to Line Style Editor -> Download, this allows you to add new line styles to MapInfo...I created 2 different lines styles, then loaded 2 copies of my road data and assigned one layer one style and the other layer the other style...since you can create any line style you want, I just created two different (height wise) lines and assigned them to my road layers...bingo...same data, different line styles...
