Thanks to all who
responded to my earlier question. What threw me off was the World TAB file was
centered correctly in the middle of the World Grid which seemed to me that it
was in LAT/LONG projection, however, the file originated in Arcview
and going back and checking the Universal Tranlator -
it was in Non earth cords. I apologize for bringing such a simple over sight on
my part to your desktop. Thanks
