Hello I'd like to create maps with vectorial datas and georeferenced rasters with the North not to the vertical direction. MapInfo provide a tool to rotate the vectorial datas but it's unable to rotate TIFF images.
Is there a solution? A special software to manipulate geo-referenced rasters? Thank you for your help.
