Hi, Still here too ! (can someone run that 'day of rest' thing by me again.. i missed a bit)...I think i also need a global timecheck...because Juanse's email from Chile arrived with a time stamp of 9:28PM, which is almost an hour after Uffes's Reply to Juanse, which was apparently timestamped at 20:35 (Uffe you are getting damn good at predicting list queries!). However I'm even more confused because Uffe reckoned Sunday had only two hours left (a ha! demark's secret to success is to end the weekend early...?)and the last time I was in south america it was a good 8 hours behind Europe not almost 1 hr ahead...........
I think its 11 pm here in the UK ...but who knows? (who cares... the Uk has managed to be out of step with Europe for ages...but hey! we got the 0 meridian so we can do what we like......) I am off to ponder the amazing time differences around the world and dream of cleaning up at the races by a quirk of internet time shifts and some last minute heavy bets...might also check the day of rest clause.... ps..hello to the BGS Crew in PNG (tis moday over there ......apparently) Russell -----Original Message----- From: Uffe Kousgaard To: Mapinfo-L Sent: 17/11/02 20:35 Subject: Re: MI-L Many people on on Sunday No, still Sunday for 2 hours :-) ----- Original Message ----- From: "Juanse" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "MapInfo" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Sunday, November 17, 2002 9:28 PM Subject: MI-L Many people on on Sunday or it it monday over there?
