I am assuming you are refering to the TopoMap SA product.
Convert the 4 latlong points in the OziExplorer file to decimal degrees and
plot these in a new MI table, then save this table as MGA94, Zone53
Open Yorke Pen_Kangaroo Is.ecw as a raster and choose to register it.
set projection to MGA94, Zone53
enter 4 registration points, getting the image x,y from the Ozi file, and
and the map x,y from the points MI table.

Here is Mt. Lofty as an example:
