Hello there, I have inherited some old workspace files from a clitent which are not opeining. There appear to be two main reasons why this is happeningL
1) The old classic problems with the directory structures, drive letters being different (which I have managed to solve) and 2) it appears the layer in the workspace that is set to editable is now read-only and I get the following error "(e:\trak_maps\maps\rideau_system\trak sf to ottawa 7 and 9.wor:1411) Layer is read-only and not editable" So my question to you fine MapInfoers is this "If I open the workspace in Notepad, where can I find out which layer is set to editable?" There are 72 tables in this file so searching manualy without any direction would just take too long! Well, thanks alot, Chris
