Greetings List, After endless attempts and indecisive responses from Tech Support, I'm addressing these queries to the List, hoping the solution is out there somewhere. Are these really bugs, or has someone got the following to work under MapX 5.0?
1. Environment - Oracle Spatial 8.1.6.0.0. All the graphic elements of Non-Earth layers come out as a single point. The same code worked properly with MapX 4.5.1. 2. Thematics - When working with a DataSet object of type ADO linked to a text file, Pie and Bar thematics cannot be produced. This also worked properly with MapX 4.5.1. 3. A DataSet cannot be saved as a new layer when using the LayerInfo object and passing Features and Fields as parameters. 4. Under Win 98 only - in the Layer Control dialog, in the edit box for changing the font size, the system crashes when I hit backspace. This also worked properly with MapX 4.5.1. TIA to all responders.
