Tom Contact your Trimble supplier. Some of the versions of Trimble Path Finder Office don't use a hardware key. You may want to look at upgrading you version.

I have an off topic question. I gather GPS data with a Trimble machine and recently upgraded to WinXP which caused some comaptiblity issues with my Trimble "dongle" (parallel port security key). Anyway it put me out of business for awhile and I was wondering if there is any other software out there which can do a Trimble SSF native format conversion to TXT or a GIS format? I know that SSF is Trimbles proprietary format but there must be some one up there who has taken up the challenge!!!
