Hi,
Just as a technology evaluation, we build an application for iPaq (PPC
2002) using MapX Mobile, integrated with a Desktop solution build using
MapObject/VB/Sql Server.
The desktop application used polling to send and recieve data for the iPaq.
The application was deployed on the iPaq using the embedded VB Application
Install wizard.
The same desktop application also worked with another iPaq application
build using ESRI Application Builder 6 for ArcPad 6
