MI-L unable to open encrypted table!!!

hi, everyone! got a minor problem that some sort of feedback will be appreciated.

i tried to open a MI file (.tab) and it prompted me with an error message:
"unable to open encryted table. Invalid key. Unable to open table..."

can anyone provide with a solution/explanation???
