Dear All, Please help me, I am able to create a theme when the layer alrabwaganobalharasParcel is on top of all the layers.. But when i place this layer alrabwaganobalharasParcel below the other layer, I am unable to create theme on the alrabwaganobalharasParcel Layer. All of my layer is transparent so that i can see all the other layers which are below my theme Layer. But when the theme is created i am unable to see any of the layer which are below the theme layer..
We have ParcelNumber and Block Number Layers which are very important to be shown when the theme is created on the Parcel layer. As the user can see the ParcelNumber and BlockNumber and thus get info from the Database Any help would be geatly admired.
