To convert numbers entered as text to be all numbers(values) in Excel: -Go to a blank cell and type 1 and press enter. Copy that 1 (edit - copy) -Select original range of cells to convert to all numbers (values). Choose edit - paste - special. Then choose multiply. Dean Zias
