hi coye, I am not fimiliar with sheild manager, but I use CorelDraw to design my sheilds as to specification, Then export all the shields out as a font to use in MapInfo. In MapInfo I add a point to the road you want the sheild on, and us the new font sheild symbol you created. If you have access to CorelDraw or Adobe you could create your own Highway symbols for use in all you maps.
