MI-L reading and writting co-ordinates

Hi,

I wanted to do a new map with MapInfo, 

I have polygon formats, list of x and y co-ordinates

for each plygon plus de polygon label,

 

Somebody could help me about facilities for importing

user-defined maps reading plygon formats and

exporting writting polygon formats on a text file?
